Last Day of Malaysia Census 2010
Yes, today is the last day of the enumeration period for the fifth census aka ‘banci’ in Malaysia since it was started on 6th July 2010. Every 10 years, Department of Statistics Malaysia conducts the enumeration in order to provide a comprehensive set of statistical information which gives insights to the trends and patterns of population and characteristics of household.
Face to face interview with the enumerator
Being the usual protective-me, I think I almost scared the enumerator away when he showed up at my parent’s place that day. Luckily my dad was there and both of them had the interview at the porch under my constant observation.
